Material Properties
Excellent heat resistance: CPVC power pipes can maintain deformation in environments above 93 ℃, with a heat resistance temperature 15 ℃ higher than ordinary UPVC double wall corrugated pipes. Its Vicat softening temperature is ≥ 93 ℃ and can be used at 105 ℃. Capable of adapting to the heat generated during the operation of power cables, ensuring the safety and stability of power lines
Good insulation performance: It can withstand high voltage above 30000 volts, effectively block leakage, provide reliable insulation protection for power cables, and ensure the safety and efficiency of power transmission.
High strength and compressive strength: After material modification, the ring stiffness of the product reaches 10kPa, significantly higher than the national requirement for buried plastic pipe ring stiffness above 8kPa. It can withstand significant external pressure.
