High quality compression sleeve type pipe fittings are used to transport drinking water and process water pipelines, as well as chemical sulfuric acid media. The sleeve type pipe fittings can quickly and safely connect various soft and hard (outer diameter not up to standard) plastic pipe chemical pipeline systems without the need for multiple welding equipment and adhesive construction operations. The pressure bearing capacity of the sleeve type pipe fittings is 1.6-6.0MPA kg, which can replace various construction elements. Compression sleeve fittings consist of five elements:

3. High temperature polypropylene PP copolymer production of annular thrust sleeve (anti freezing, anti ultraviolet, acid and alkali resistant) in Dushanzi, Urumqi, Xinjiang
4. Sealing rubber ring: Silicone EPDM rubber, (frost resistant, UV resistant, acid and alkali resistant)
5. Body: The high-temperature polypropylene PP copolymer produced in Dushanzi, Urumqi, Xinjiang has a high degree of stability and protection against ultraviolet radiation. (Frost resistant, UV resistant, acid and alkali resistant)
6. The valve housing adopts Taiwan Qimei 797 high-temperature and high-strength production (anti freezing, anti ultraviolet, acid and alkali resistance). Excellent products require high-quality raw materials
7. Applicable pressure range 1.6-6.0MPA
The tightness of the connection is provided by the sealing medium of the rubber elastic sealing ring, while the rest is provided by the retaining sleeve. On the other hand, the clamping ring made of high-strength polyacetal POM material can prevent self loosening and pressure caused by vibration and water hammer effects, withstand high axial loads and unilateral twitching. The aging resistant high-temperature rubber O-ring provides a reliable sealing and shock absorption pipeline system, and even if it is used excessively, it will not cause any damage to the fittings.
Features of card sleeve flexible fittings:
The compression fitting includes a black PP polypropylene ring axial nut, which is blue in color and has high strength and shock resistance. It is connected to the housing through trapezoidal threads. The cover adopts a circular nut with ergonomic design, which is convenient for manual shutter mechanism. When installing PP compression fittings, belt wrenches and special wrenches can be used to tighten the fittings if necessary. The elastic material O-ring provides sealing medium, and the cover sleeve is made of polypropylene copolymer material. Seal the sleeve at the required locking position
