Product Description

GH4033 Properties and ApplicationsGH4033 is a Ni-Cr based precipitation hardening wrought superalloy, strengthened by the addition of aluminum and titanium elements to form precipitation strengthening phases. It is suitable for use at temperatures below 700ºC. The GH4033 alloy exhibits sufficient high-temperature strength at 700-750ºC and good oxidation resistance below 900ºC. It has excellent cold and hot workability. This alloy is suitable for manufacturing turbine blades operating below 750ºC and turbine discs operating below 700ºC. GH4033 is used to produce turbine working blades, turbine discs, and other high-temperature load-bearing components for aircraft engines. It can also be used to manufacture fasteners such as nuts.
