Leveraging a customized rotor forging process (42CrMo monolithic forging for 50% increased impact resistance), wear-resistant blow bar technology (available in high-manganese steel or alloy overlay, with a lifespan of up to 10 months), and a three-stage crushing chamber design (rough impact - collision - shaping, with over 90% cubic particle size), it accurately produces qualified finished products with a particle size of 5-30 mm. Suitable for applications such as producing high-quality aggregates in sand and gravel quarries, on-site recycling of construction waste, and pre-processing cement clinker in building materials factories, it elevates the crushing of brittle materials from inefficient to efficient. 1. Rotor Technology: Durable and Impact-Resistant, No "Failures" During Crushing
The rotor is the "power heart" of the equipment and is most vulnerable to breakage or vibration during high-speed rotation. Our technology directly addresses these challenges:
Material and Forging: Made of 42CrMo alloy structural steel, it undergoes a "solid-body forging" process and undergoes high-temperature quenching and tempering (850°C quenching + 550°C tempering). This improves fatigue resistance by 50% compared to ordinary cast steel rotors. Even when crushing limestone 24 hours a day, it can provide stable service for 3-5 years.
Vibration-Isolating Structure: The blow bars on the rotor disc are staggered at 15°. This creates a "spiral impact" during rotation, which not only distributes force evenly (resulting in more uniform particle shape) but also reduces vibration. For medium-soft materials (limestone, gypsum): The blow hammers are made of ZGMn13 high-manganese steel. After "water-toughening" (high-temperature heating followed by rapid water quenching), the hardness reaches HB280. They can crush limestone for 6-8 months, offering excellent value.
For medium-hard miscellaneous materials (concrete blocks, sandstone): A 5mm WC alloy layer is welded over the high-manganese steel. Even with small rebar mixed in the material, wear and tear are avoided, extending the service life to 8-10 months, eliminating the need for frequent component replacement and work delays.
3. Crushing Chamber Technology: Three-Stage Design for Excellent Particle Shape and No Sticking
The crushing chamber directly determines the final particle shape. Our "three-stage structure" is specifically designed for brittle materials:
First, roughing: High-speed hammers break up large lumps of material, initially removing sharp edges.
Second, collision: The crushed material is rebounded by the impact plate, where it "grinds" with the incoming material, removing burrs.
Third, shaping: The curved bottom screen plate provides additional gentle pressure and grinding. The resulting product consists of over 90% cubic particles, with ≤3% needle-like flakes, enabling it to be sold directly at premium aggregate prices.
Additional design: The inner wall of the chamber is coated with an anti-stick coating, preventing sticking to the wall when crushing gypsum and cement clinker in humid weather, eliminating the need for frequent machine downtime for cleaning.
