The connection method between the equipment host and the actuator
The contact method for different cleaning purposes is slightly different
1. for pipe cleaning : high pressure hose one end connect with pump outlet, another end connect with foot valve, foot valve another outlet connect with flexible lance,end with pipe cleaning nozzle.  
2. for surface cleaning: high pressure hose one end connect with pump outlet, another end connect with waater spray gun, nozzle setting on the gun, for surface cleaning.

  • Water flow: range from 22/min to 60 L/min 

  • Could be driven by electric motor or diesel engine; can be choosed by customer.

  • The plunger is made of stainless steel nickel-plated alloy with high hardness, 

  • The pump body is made of ductile iron, which is hard and not easy to deform.

  • Forced lubrication system: Reduce friction and wear, dissipate heat and cool the power end, extend service life and improve operating efficiency.

  • Forced water cooling system: to make sure long time running without high temp.

  • Setting with pressure regulating valve, safety valve and pressure gauge; 

* Diesel engine: 6-cylinder; speed: 1500-1800rpm;  Brand can be customized

                        Electric start: 12v/100Ah storage battery * 2 sets; 

* with the radiator tank has a good cooling effect on the diesel engine.

* Water tank: Stainless steel material, volume 200-300L; The high-pressure pump provides high-level water inlet to ensure that no air enters the high-pressure pump, which plays a good protective role for the high-pressure pump

* Booster pump and water inlet filter: to make sure water inlet pressure and Cleanliness,Prevent impurities from entering the high-pressure pump,
