2.Characteristics:This nickel-copper alloy monel grade material is the most corrosion resistant of our wire cloth. It's good for use with acids, alkalies, and salt water; a high corrosion resistance and because of that, the mechanical properties will be not affected by high temperatures (up to 480°C).

Monel alloy wire mesh is a kind of corrosion resistant alloy with good comprehensive properties. This alloy has excellent corrosion resistance in hydrofluoric acid and fluorine gas medium, and also has excellent corrosion resistance to hot concentrated lye. At the same time, it is also resistant to corrosion of neutral solution, water, seawater, atmosphere, organic compounds, etc. An important feature of the alloy is that it generally does not produce stress corrosion cracks and has good cutting performance.
