MVI56E-MNETR Remote rack application/Remote configuration
The SST-PB3-SLC is a PROFIBUS DP slave communication module designed for Rockwell Automation SLC 5/05 controllers, allowing SLC controllers to communicate with other PROFIBUS DP devices in a distributed control system.
Main functions and features:
Communication protocol: Modbus/TCP protocol is used to ensure the reliability and efficiency of communication.
Data exchange: Achieve seamless data exchange between equipment and control systems to provide powerful communication support for industrial automation.
Fast connection: Connect SLC 500 systems quickly to the PROFIBUS network with the SST™ communication module for increased network flexibility.
Master/Slave configuration: The SST™ communication module connects the SLC 500 PLC to the master or slave, supporting scanning or simulating PROFIBUS DP I/O.
Data space: Provides user-defined 2064 byte input and 2064 byte output data space for easy connection to SLC cpus and large PROFIBUS networks.
Firmware upgrade and configuration: 9-pin serial port for on-site firmware upgrade and I/O configuration upload for easy maintenance and management.
