POE (Polyolyaltha Olfin) : Polyethylene octene co-elastomer, is a POE elastic composite material, suitable for children or adults
for diapers, elastic waist circumference and other materials used, including the inner layer and composite layer, the inner layer
is composed of two layers of POE die, double POE film inner layer of positive and negative composite layer, composite layer for
non-woven fabric or plastic film.
