The electrostatic powder coating machine for motor stators is a device specifically designed for insulating motor stators. It uses electrostatic spraying to evenly deposit insulating powder onto the stator core slots, ends, and surface, then solidifies to form an insulating layer. It is commonly used in the stator manufacturing process for small and medium-sized motors, micromotors, and specialty motors.
I. Equipment Principle
Electrostatic Adsorption: Powder is atomized and charged by the powder supply system.
The stator is grounded (creating an electric field), which attracts the powder to the stator surface.
Thermal Curing: The coated stator enters a curing oven for heating, where the powder melts, leveling, and cross-linking, forming a strong, uniform insulating layer.
II. Main Components
Powder Supply and Recovery System: Powder Storage Bin, Powder Supply Pump, and Powder Delivery Pipeline.
A recovery device collects unadsorbed powder for recycling, reducing waste.
Electrostatic Spray Gun System: A high-voltage electrostatic generator (tens of kV). The spray gun/nozzle enables directional spraying, ensuring even coverage of slots and ends. Workpiece Transport and Fixtures: The stator is secured using a fixture or turntable; automatic stator rotation ensures perfect spraying without blind spots.
Curing Oven: Electric or gas heating; precise temperature and time control ensures coating performance.
Control System: PLC + HMI; automated control of spraying, voltage, powder quantity, and curing curve.

IV. Applications: Micromotors (for home appliances, power tools, and automotive motors); small and medium-sized AC and DC motors; and specialty motors (explosion-proof motors, servo motors, etc.).
