Fully automatic chicken coop is a very advanced and complex automated chicken farming equipment.
According to the types of chickens, they are mainly divided into two types: meat chickens and egg laying hens.
The main equipment for fully automatic chicken cages includes: chicken cages (small stacking below 4 layers, large stacking above 4 layers), egg pickers, feeders, manure cleaners, temperature control devices, and several other types of equipment.
Among them, the manure cleaning machine is a standard equipment, and the rest are optional. Buyers can decide whether to configure it according to their actual situation.
When discussing the design scheme of fully automatic chicken cage equipment, the following issues should be noted:
1. Size of the chicken coop. The length/height/width of the venue. The breeder is expected to design several rows of production lines, such as 1 row, 2 rows, and 4 rows.
2. Issues with height and number of floors. What is the maximum allowable height (m)? How many layers do you want to design (3 or 4, with a maximum of 12 layers)?
3. If it is a meat chicken, please indicate the weight (kg) of each chicken slaughtered. Please specify the overall number of animals raised.
4. If it is a laying hen, please indicate the overall number of chickens raised.
5. Details of electricity usage in the chicken coop. Voltage (220V/110V)? Single phase electricity? Three phase electricity?
6. The local temperature situation in the chicken coop should be accurately monitored by the breeder in order to decide whether to add temperature control equipment.
7. The quotation for this product is based on the design of the above elements and is measured per set.
8. Reminder again: The accurate size of the venue and the number of animals raised are the basic elements when calculating the quotation.
