1 - 35KV cable intermediate joint restores the cable body structure: recover the cable core, inner shielding layer, insulation layer, outer shielding layer and other structures layer by layer through welding technology, make the joint consistent with the cable body, eliminate the air gap and movable interface caused by the difference between traditional accessories and cable materials
2. Seamless fusion connection: Exothermic welding technology is adopted, the tensile strength at the conductor connection reaches more than 90 % of the body, the conductivity is equivalent to that of the original cable, the tensile strength is high, and it can withstand large current impact
3. Optimization of electric field distribution: The restored electric field distribution is consistent with the original cable, without relying on stress cone or stress tube to reduce the risk of partial discharge-excellent welding.
2. Performance reliability - Youlian welding
Conductor waterproof and insulation: layered melting technology realizes seamless combination of inner and outer semi-conductive layers, insulating layer and original cable, and the waterproof performance is consistent with that of cable body
Long life and maintenance-free: Fusion joints operate safely for 15 years without failure, and some cases show that the service life can reach 30 years.
Strong environmental resistance: it is applicable to harsh environments such as humidity, cold and salt fog without special construction conditions

Applicable scenarios: It has been successfully applied to major projects such as power grid reconstruction, subway, airport and wind farm
