The tubes, produced by our facilities, are mainly applied for mechanical industries in boiler, heat exchanger, condenser, heater. After inner and outer polished, tubes are widely used in sanitary industries of food, beverage, biology, pharmacy, beer and electron. Large diameter fluid conveying welded pipes, ranging 325-2000 mm, are commonly used in oil, chemical.
We have three factories that can be used to make stainless steel pipes. You don't have to worry about the production cycle at all.We will formulate a production plan according to the delivery time to ensure that it can be completed on time.

The main material including TP304/304L, TP316/316L, TP321, 310S, 904L, S31803, 2520Si2 Monel400 etc, the available specification range are OD: from 3.0mm to 60.33mm, WT: from 0.25mm to 7.0mm. The main production equipment including 102 cold-rolling lines. Three sets of bright annealing furnaces, two sets of polishing machines, 4 sets of Ultrasonic cleaning machine with independent intellectual property rights. Tensile testing equipment, Hardness tester, Roughness tester, Salt spray testig machine, Carbon-sulfur analyzer, Eddy current test, Ultrasonic test, Hydraulic test, Germany import direct reading spectrometer etc. The annual output of more than 5000 tons precision bright annealing tubes, mainly used in Semiconductor industry, Automotive engine, Locomotive brake system, Gas equipment manufacturing, integrated circuits industry, microelectronic equipment, Instrumentation and laboratory etc.
