The plastic shredder features a unique front-mounted blade design specifically designed for hollow bottles and barrels. A V-shaped angle is formed between the rotating blade and the fixed blade, effectively feeding the crushed material into the center of the rotating blade. This design provides a larger cutting angle, making the crushing process more efficient, while also achieving uniform flake crushing and minimizing the generation of powder.
A plastic shredder is a mechanical device suitable for crushing a variety of recycled plastics, rubber, metal, and other materials, such as mineral water bottles, beverage bottles, buckets, TV cases, tubes, rods, wire, and film. The plastic shredder's main function is to drive a motor-driven reducer through a bevel gear transmission, which drives the rotor shear plates to rotate at a low speed. Once entering the shredder, the material is evenly distributed between the rotor and stator shear plates, where it is squeezed and sheared, crushing it. The crushed material is then discharged from the bottom of the shredder.
