The copper wire separator, also known as the copper-plastic separator, is called a dry copper wire separator because it uses a dry crushing and separation process, eliminating the need for any added water. The Lujun copper wire separator boasts a novel, energy-efficient structure, single-feeding technology, and intelligent production, effectively separating and recycling copper and plastic during cable shredding. The entire production line is controlled by a PLC, eliminating the pollution associated with copper incineration. This not only improves the quality of recovered copper but also facilitates plastic recycling, significantly contributing to ecological and environmental development.
Key Features:
This equipment requires no water, no incineration, and no chemical reactions. It operates in a sealed manner and features multi-stage dust filtration, ensuring environmental friendliness. 1. Wires of all sizes can be fed simultaneously into this machine without sorting, and after pulverization, clean copper and plastic are automatically separated.
2. The entire machine utilizes a platform-based modular design. Upon receipt, customers simply plug in the power cord and start using it immediately, eliminating the need for further assembly and commissioning.
3. PLC control ensures uniform feeding and intelligent operation. The machine automatically adjusts the feed rate based on the back-end workload, preventing system downtime due to overload. Operation is simple, saving time and effort.
4. It has a wide range of applications, suitable for wires and cables with diameters ranging from 0.5 to 30 mm, and of any length.
5. The pulverizer blades are made of high-hardness alloy steel, offering wear and impact resistance and a long service life.
6. The entire system is sealed, with multi-stage dust filtration and collection to minimize environmental pollution.
