Structural features: The cross-section of the vacuum box is V-shaped, and it is made of corrosion-resistant materials. It is usually connected in sections to form a whole, with each section having a pipe opening connected to the main liquid collection pipe to form a vacuum liquid collection system. A circular friction belt is designed between the vacuum box and the running belt, and it is sealed with water. Water can serve as both a lubricant and a coolant for the sealing device, forming a highly effective vacuum seal. To facilitate the replacement of the friction belt, a lifting mechanism is also designed for the vacuum box.
Working principle: The vacuum box is connected to the vacuum pump. When the vacuum pump operates, a negative pressure is formed inside the vacuum box. During the operation of the filter, the filter cloth covers the vacuum holes of the vacuum box, and the solid-liquid material is placed on the filter cloth. Under the action of the vacuum negative pressure, the filtrate passes through the filter cloth and is collected through the transverse grooves on the rubber belt and enters the vacuum box through the small holes in the middle of the rubber belt. The solid particles are retained by the filter cloth to form a filter cake, thereby achieving solid-liquid separation.
