Supply Feiyuan Water Industry Vertical Spiral Screen Machine Dry and Wet Separation Conveying Equipment

   The spiral screen machine adopts a round-hole plate-type drum-shaped filter screen or a bar-type filter screen, equipped with a spiral lifting screen, also known as a slag-water separator. The filter screen is cleaned by a brush, which transports the slag trapped inside the filter screen to the slag outlet, and the auxiliary flushing water and brush clean the slag from the filter screen cylinder.

1. Working principle:

The slag-water separator is generally installed in a tank or ditch. The suspended solids in the sewage are trapped on the inside of the net drum, which is squeezed upwards by a spiral. A pressing section is set at the top to press the wet slag dry, and the dry slag is discharged to a garbage bin. The filter net is cleaned by a wear-resistant brush, which, together with flushing water, cleans the material, spiral, and screen. The filtered clean water is discharged to the sewage pipe network or a designated location.
