253MA S30815 Stainless Steel Plate Hairline Finish Custom Processing Services Stainless Steel Wall Panels
Product Name: 310S Stainless Steel 2520
International common names: 310S, 2520, 1.4845
Execution standards: ASTM A240/ASME SA-240, ASTM A276, ASTM A182/ASME SA-182, ASTM A312/ASME SA-312
Main ingredients: carbon (C) 0.08 or less, manganese (Mn) of 2.0 or less, nickel (Ni) 19.0 ~ 20.0, silicon (Si) of 1.5 or less, chromium (sulfur (Mo) Cr24.0 ~ 26.0, 0.030 or less, phosphorus (P) 0. 0.045 or less
Mechanical properties: Tensile strength: σb≥515Mpa, yield strength: σb≥205Mpa, elongation: δ≥35%, hardness ≤310 (HB). It has strong resistance to overall corrosion by formic acid, acetic acid, etc. 2507 duplex steel also has strong corrosion resistance to inorganic acids, especially those containing chlorides. Compared with 904L, 2507 duplex steel has stronger corrosion resistance to diluted sulfuric acid mixed with chloride ions. 904L is an austenitic alloy specifically designed to resist pure sulfuric acid corrosion. 316L cannot be used in hydrochloric acid environments as it may suffer from local or overall corrosion. 2507 duplex steel is used in diluted hydrochloric acid environments and has strong resistance to pitting corrosion and crevice corrosion.
Matching welding materials and welding processes: 310S stainless steel has excellent high-temperature resistance. When the temperature exceeds 800 ° C [1], it begins to soften, and the allowable stress starts to continuously decrease. The service temperature is 1200 ° C. Due to its high content of nickel (Ni) and chromium (Cr), it has excellent oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and high-temperature resistance. High-temperature resistant steel pipes are specifically used in the manufacture of electric furnace tubes and other applications. After increasing the carbon content in austenitic stainless steel, its strength is enhanced due to the solid solution strengthening effect. The chemical composition characteristics of austenitic stainless steel are based on chromium and nickel, with the addition of elements such as molybdenum, tungsten, niobium and titanium. Due to its face-centered cubic structure, it has high strength and creep strength at high temperatures.
