Machine Introduction:
RYH-B high-speed folder gluer can be used for AA sheet, AB sheet two-piece forming box and single-piece forming box. This machine can replace manual sticking box in actual production, reducing labor intensity; compared with the traditional semi-automatic sticking box machine, it can save labor, the quality of the gluing is also very good.
RYH-B series semi-automatic double-sheet folder gluer is a new type of "saving labor and high efficiency" developed by our company based on in-depth analysis of similar products at home and abroad in combination with domestic and foreign market demand changes. "Excellent performance" two-piece folder gluer.
This machine is equipped with four sets of servo motors, and adopts dual servo paper feeding to ensure the stability of the equipment in high-speed paper feeding and the synchronization of high-speed paper feeding. Servo paper feeding allows A- and B-sheet products to set the feeding size independently Thus solving the problem of large and small pieces.
The glue is applied in two lanes, which are hot-melt glue and normal carton glue, to ensure that the carton is fully and strongly glued.
The servo orientation controlling for connecting of two pieces makes sure the gluing precision is same when speed change.
This machine can be made into flat box and special-shaped box. It adopts one dual-use, which shortens the time for the machine to change orders.
This machine is a dual-purpose machine. Both double-chip boxes and single-chip boxes can be produced. It takes only 2 minutes to convert from double-chip boxes to single-chip boxes.
Characteristics:
1. The feeding unit of the machine has two paper board stack to hold AB two pieces of papers, which helps to improve the production efficiency. Below adopt the air sucking structure, which is conducive to improve transport efficiency and accuracy.
2. Connecting unit adopts hot melt adhesive, servo positioning, ensuring accurate register and high precision.
3. Folding unit adopts manual fold, which resolve the problem of hard to confirm fold place. The overlap margin can be controlled effectively.
