Uniquely equipped with an automatic takeup device shich features one-operator-and mulltiple-machine,the amchine is stable running and high efficient.Chambers are divided into four in specification of 65 inch,85 inch,100inch and 120inch separately.the lengths between 0.4m :and 3m are ductivity:40~80strip/min.
Features:
1.The temperature ranges from 50'C to 70'C(automatic).Automatic measurement will be performed if the destined temperature is reached.
2.The main motor is under overload protection.
3.With particular devices,the mold boasts long lifespan.
4.With firm structures especially the protection shell for the frame,safer operations are promised.
5.It is armed with a phase function which specializes in preventing damages of mechanism parts that may be caused by a reversed phase.The machine doesn't work if the wiring is reversely connected.At this time,replacement of the phase and the wiring are required.
6.Automatic shutdown function upon miss of films is designed for the machine,so as to avoid idle motion of chambers and finally decreases consumption.
7.A set of automatic takeup devices are exclusively mounted to the machine.They feature automatic count of the quantity once set up.When the collection on the takeup tache arrives at he destined quantity,the machine will run automatically so that mode of one operator with multiple machines wil be fulfilled and the production dfficiency will be improved greatly.
