2、 Testing implementation process

1. Choose a certification body

-It is necessary to identify third-party laboratories with ISO 17025 qualifications.

2. Inspection and testing items

-Obtain RoHS test report after passing the test, including sample data and compliance conclusion;

-RoHS compliance certificate can be applied for (not mandatory, but beneficial for market recognition).

2. Technical documentation and CE marking

-Prepare technical documents (including test reports, design drawings, and compliance statements);

-Add CE mark to the product (RoHS 2.0 mandatory requirement).

3. Continuous compliance management

-Re testing is required when there are changes in materials/processes;

-It is recommended to conduct an annual supply chain review to ensure compliance of raw materials.
