It is suitable for electrolytic chlorine production equipment and sodium hypochlorite generator. The titanium electrode set is designed with compact and reasonable structure, which can make the solution fully electrolyzed and disperse the stray current in the electrolysis process, so that the chlorine production is stable and safe.
Electrolytic water cleaning technology generates hypochlorite, free state oxygen, hydroxyl radicals and trace ozone by electrolysis of tap water near the anode area, these substances have peroxide properties and can be used for cleaning devices.
The reaction principle of the anode is the electrolysis of the sodium chloride put into the swimming pool. During the electrolysis, the anode and cathode work together to form sodium hypochlorite.
· Structure: The electrode set is made up of industrial pure titanium plates with DSA type electrodes, anodes and cathodes are coated with mmo ruthenium-iridium and finally the electrode set is made by welding. It can be used in salt water, tap water, sea water and other environments.
· Scientific design: Both the anode and cathode have a coating that can be used in reverse, making it easy to operate.
· Advantages of titanium electrode set: Titanium electrode set adopts industrial pure titanium as the substrate, and the surface is coated with ruthenium-iridium coating by a special process, which has good electrocatalytic property and electrolytic oxidation resistance, which can generate better electrolytic reaction than other electrodes and provide better conversion efficiency.
· Application: Suitable for new electrode structure of sodium hypochlorite generator and household cleaning equipment, mostly used for pool water and swimming pool cleaning.
· Necessary details: the effective area is 60*200*1mm with titanium terminal, Titanium Anode is 3 Pieces (Ru-Ir double-sided coating) Titanium Cathode is 4 Pieces (Ru-Ir double-sided coating)same as the picture.
