· [Material description] : using grade 1 titanium as substrate and ruthenium oxide-iridium mixture as coating, DSA is coated with ruthenium-iridium.

· [Specifications] : GR1 titanium is the substrate, the outer diameter is 47.6 mm, the inner diameter is 37.6 mm, the thickness is 1 mm, the anode is ruthenium-iridium coating, the cathode is not coated. The titanium anode contains 99.6% titanium and its density is 4.51 g/cm3.

· [Manufacturing process] : pretreatment : select appropriate materials, cutting, corresponding welding, annealing, Sandblasting，cleaning, etching ; preparation of precious metals : according to customer requirements, proportionally prepared ; brush : Brush 14-22 times ; thermal decomposition and oxidation.

· [ Advantage ] : titanium anodic coating is composed of mixed metal oxides (MMO) such as RuO2, IRO2, TiO2, TA2O5, etc. . It can reduce the battery voltage obviously in the process of electrolytic oxygen evolution, and has remarkable energy-saving effect and long service life.
