· Titanium Anode Replacement Kit: The ruthenium-iridium coating on the surface of the titanium anode will peel off over time and the electrocatalytic performance will be reduced. While the cathode plate of pure titanium can be used for a long time because no reaction occurs on the surface. So if the electrolysis effect decreases, you can buy the anode plate separately.
· Composition: The electrolytic plate is made of DSA type electrode with base material of Gr1 titanium and welded by precision welding technology.Anode plated with mmo precious metal oxide electrocatalytic coating, It can be used in salt water, tap water, sea water and other environments.
· Characteristics of ruthenium-iridium coating: The surface of titanium anode is coated with ruthenium-iridium by a special process, which has good electrocatalytic performance and resistance to electrolytic oxidation, and can produce better electrolytic reaction than other electrodes, which can provide better conversion efficiency. And has the characteristics of high melting point, high strength and stable electrothermal properties.
· Applications: Water treatment for chlor-alkali industry, chlorine production, electrolytic production of sodium hypochlorite, sewage treatment and swimming pool cleaning.
