· [Material description] : Ruthenium-iridium coating was used for DSA, Grade1 Titanium was used as the substrate anode, and Ru-Ir was coated on the anode titanium oxide electrode.
· [Specifications ] : Based on GR1 titanium, the ruthenium-iridium coated titanium anode plate is 151mm in length, 63.5mm in width and 1 mm in thickness. The content of titanium in titanium anode is 99.6% and the density is 4.51 g/cm3.
· [Manufacturing process] : Pre-treatment: select appropriate materials, cutting, sandblasting, pickling, brushing, high-temperature sintering, annealing; preparation of precious metals: according to customer requirements, according to the proportion of preparation; brush: Brush 14-22 times, MMO coating thickness 8-10um; thermal decomposition and oxidation.
· [Characteristics] :The titanium anodic oxide film is composed of RuO2, IRO2, Tio2, TA2O5 and other mixed metal oxides (MMO) . In the process of oxygen electrolysis, the voltage of the battery can be reduced obviously, which has remarkable energy-saving effect, long service life, high electrocatalytic activity, and the titanium matrix can also be reused for many times, DSA titanium anode or insoluble titanium anode.
· [Applications] : MMO titanium anode can be used in sodium hypochlorite, perchlorate production, electrolysis synthesis organic, electroplating industry, electrodialysis, acid-alkali water electrolysis production, electrolytic brine, tap water electrolysis, etc.
