  • Accuracy: Typical ±0.33%, maximum ±1% (excluding filters).

  • Operating Temperature:

    • Standard: -30°C to +65°C;

    • Isolation module: 0°C to +65°C.

  • Storage Temperature: -40°C to +85°C.

  • Humidity: 95% (non-condensing).

  • Functional Features

  • 4-Channel Monitoring: It can receive signals from 1 to 4 proximity sensors, enabling simultaneous piston rod position monitoring of multiple measurement points. This allows comprehensive tracking of position changes of different piston rods in reciprocating compressors, ensuring no critical monitoring blind spots.

  • Signal Processing and Alarm: It conditions the input signals (e.g., filtering and amplifying weak sensor signals) and compares the conditioned signals with user-programmable alarm setpoints. Alarms are triggered when the monitored parameters exceed the set thresholds. Users can set alarm and danger values through the 3500 rack configuration software, providing timely warnings for abnormal piston rod positions (such as excessive displacement or deviation).

  • Stable Power Supply and Output: The -24VDC sensor power supply ensures stable operation of connected proximity sensors. With an output impedance of 510Ω, it can stably transmit processed signals to subsequent devices (such as displays or data recorders) without significant signal attenuation.

  • System Compatibility: As part of the Bently Nevada 3500 Series, it integrates seamlessly with the 3500 monitoring system. It can share data with other modules (such as vibration or temperature modules) through the system backplane, supporting comprehensive analysis of the operating status of reciprocating compressors.
