Application: This machine is suitable for simulating the situation that various batteries are subjected to objects when they are used, transported, stored or disposed of household waste. The battery is qualified if it does not explode or catch fire. ;
Principle: The test should be carried out at an ambient temperature of 20°C to 5°C. Place the battery connected (the contact of the thermal couple is fixed on the large surface of the battery) in a fume hood, and use a 3mm straight shank non-corrosion steel needle with a 10mm The speed of /s-40mm/s pierces the center of the largest surface of the battery.
Features
1, Exhaust system:
The motor drives the aluminum alloy fan blades, which can discharge the exhaust gas generated by the test to the outside at any time;
2, Air pressure balance system:
double holes to make up the air to ensure the air pressure balance in the test chamber;
3, Safety system:
(1) Stainless steel hinges, tightly fastened to the door lock, to ensure that the door will not be flushed open during strong airflow;
(2) The rear wall of the cabinet adopts a door-type structure, one side is hinged, and the other side is pressed tightly by a strong magnet. When there is a strong airflow impact, the rear cover can be opened automatically to reduce the impact of the explosion;
4, Humanized design:
(1) Double-layer tempered glass window, to ensure safety and at the same time testers can observe the test status through the window;
(2) The built-in environmental protection and energy-saving lamp illuminates the entire test space, which is convenient for clear observation.
