Drum type continuous carbonization furnace, also referred to as single barrel carbon hization furnace, is the wood chips,rice husk, peanut shell, plant straw, bark and other lignin materials containing carbon are first crushed by hammer mill , and then dried by dryer or natural sun dry. Then through the drum carbonization furr nace drying,distillation, carbonization, cooling and other processes, so that the loose raw materials into the required charcoal process.

Hot Selling Smokeless Continuous Rotary Biochar Charcoal Carbonization Furnace Machine for Coconut Shell/Rice Husk/Sawdust-CE Certified Automatic Carbonizer uses the combustible gases such as carbon monoxide, methane, hydrogen, etc. produced by the insufficient combustion of biomass raw materials during the carbonization process, and separates impurities such as wood tar and wood acetic acid through the flue gas purification device to obtain pure combustible gas. Equipped with a burner to fully burn and heat the cylinder of the main engine (the temperature is generally controlled at about 600 ℃). After being heated to a certain temperature, the material can be fed for carbonization. When the carbonization raw materials are self-generating and enough to burn, the gasifier is gradually closed and the carbonization host flue gas valve is opened to realize the self-sufficiency of the combustible gas in the carbonization process until the combustible gas is burned. The carbonized high-temperature carbon is output after passing through the cooling system. Can cool high-temperature carbon with a temperature of 1000 degrees to about 50 degrees.
