Hot Selling Smokeless Continuous Rotary Biochar Charcoal Carbonization Furnace Machine for Coconut Shell/Rice Husk/Sawdust-CE Certified Automatic Carbonizer uses the combustible gases such as carbon monoxide, methane, hydrogen, etc. produced by the insufficient combustion of biomass raw materials during the carbonization process, and separates impurities such as wood tar and wood acetic acid through the flue gas purification device to obtain pure combustible gas. Equipped with a burner to fully burn and heat the cylinder of the main engine (the temperature is generally controlled at about 600 ℃). After being heated to a certain temperature, the material can be fed for carbonization. When the carbonization raw materials are self-generating and enough to burn, the gasifier is gradually closed and the carbonization host flue gas valve is opened to realize the self-sufficiency of the combustible gas in the carbonization process until the combustible gas is burned. The carbonized high-temperature carbon is output after passing through the cooling system. Can cool high-temperature carbon with a temperature of 1000 degrees to about 50 degrees.

The complete manufacturing process consists of three key stages: 1) Raw material preparation - where biomass feedstock is precisely crushed to an optimal 3-5mm particle size by the crusher and automatically fed via the loading system; 2) Carbonization - employing precision dosing feeders for consistent quality, with materials seamlessly transferred via conveyor to the continuous carbonization furnace operating at 500-700°C optimal pyrolysis temperature for 24/7 production; 3) Post-processing - featuring a spiral conveyor for safe handling of hot materials, supported by clean liquefied gas energy supply, rapid water spray cooling technology, and clarifier emission treatment units to form an environmentally closed-loop system.
