Applicable Raw Materials & Effects After Use
Wood tar is a liquid product produced by the decomposition of wood in a carbonization furnace. It is rich in organic compounds and has a wide range of application value.
Collection method:
After the flue gas generated in the carbonization furnace is cooled, the wood tar will condense into liquid. By setting up a condenser, the condensed wood tar can be collected.It is an excellent material for corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance in the shipbuilding industry and the paint industry. It has a growth effect on plants and is excellent in killing insects
Wood vinegar is a liquid product produced by the decomposition of wood in a carbonization furnace, mainly composed of acetic acid, formaldehyde and trace amounts of organic acids.
Collection method:
Tower condensers can collect the produced wood vinegar. After proper treatment, wood vinegar can be used as agricultural fertilizer, chemical raw material or energy

Biomass pellet production line
The whole wood briquette production line including: (It can be customized according to the customers' capacity.)
Crusher (Wood Crusher) :Firstly, you shall crush the wood or other biomass material into sawdust (size: less than 5x3 mm)
Dryer (Sawdust Dryer) :Secondly, you shall dry the powdery material until the moisture content is 8%-12%.
Biomass sawdust briquettes making machine: Third, produce different shapes and size of sawdust briquettes by our wood briquette machine.
Carbonization furnace :The forth step, you shall carbonize the sawdust briquette into charcoal briquettes.
