  • Safety Control of Chemical Reactors: In chemical production, the F3349 module can be used in the safety control system of reactors. It receives signals from sensors such as temperature, pressure, and liquid level through 16 digital input channels to monitor the operating status of the reactor in real-time. When abnormal conditions such as excessive temperature or overpressure occur, it drives actuators like emergency shut-off valves and cooling system valves through 8 digital output channels to quickly take safety measures and prevent accidents.

  • Emergency Shutdown Control of Oil and Gas Pipelines: In oil and gas transmission pipeline systems, the F3349 module can be connected to leakage detection sensors, flame detectors, and other devices along the pipeline to receive their switching signal inputs. When dangerous situations such as pipeline leakage or fire are detected, the module controls emergency shutdown devices through output channels according to preset logic, closes pipeline valves, cuts off oil and gas transmission, ensures pipeline safety, and realizes the safety interlock function.
