High-pressure boiler seamless tubes are often used in high temperature and high-pressure conditions, and the tubes are subject to oxidation and corrosion under the action of high-temperature smoke and water vapour. The steel tube is required to have high enduring strength, high oxidation corrosion resistance and good organizational stability. Seamless tubes for high pressure boilers are mainly used to manufacture superheater tubes, reheater tubes, gas conduit tubes, main steam tubes, etc. for high pressure and ultra-high pressure boilers.
Low and medium pressure boiler pipe GB3087-2008, high pressure boiler seamless pipe GB5310-1995 is used to manufacture various structural low and high pressure boiler superheated steam pipe, boiling water pipe and locomotive boiler superheated steam pipe, large smoke pipe, small smoke pipe and arch brick pipe with high quality carbon structural steel hot-rolled and cold-drawn (rolled) seamless steel pipe.

Uses:
Used for heating surface pipes of low and medium pressure boilers (working pressure is generally not more than 5.88Mpa and working temperature is below 450ºC); used for heating surface pipes of high pressure boilers (working pressure is generally more than 9.8Mpa and working temperature is between 450ºC and 650ºC), economizer, superheater, reheater, and tubes used in petrochemical industry.
