The cylinder throttle valve controls the movement speed of the cylinder by altering the flow rate and flow volume of the fluid. When the valve core is open, the fluid can flow freely, and the movement speed of the cylinder piston is faster. However, when the valve core is closed or partially closed, the fluid flow is restricted, and the movement speed of the cylinder piston is slowed down. The working principle of the cylinder throttle valve is based on the Bernoulli principle and the bottom resistance principle in fluid mechanics, and it is achieved by adjusting the cross-sectional area. Additionally, the throttle valve is widely used in locomotive braking systems, controlling the intake and exhaust of the locomotive brake cylinder according to the pressure changes in the auxiliary pipe. In the pneumatic-electric drive mode, the pneumatic valve of the cylinder connects the air source and the cylinder through an air pipe, using the pressure of the gas to push an electromagnetic valve, thereby controlling the movement of the valve core. The throttle valve is a controllable valve that controls the air intake into the engine, and there are two types: the traditional pull-line type and the electronic throttle valve. It is called the throat of the automotive engine.
