Product Advantages:

High-strength, customizable main shaft rotors. The main shaft rotors are constructed from high-strength welded steel with a unique V-shaped design. All main shafts undergo rigorous dynamic and static balancing tests to ensure reliable machine operation. Customized main shaft designs can also be provided to meet specific material requirements.
External bearing housing. The bearing housing is mounted on the exterior of the machine body, with the spindle and housing sealed by a seal ring to prevent shredded material from entering the bearings, thereby extending bearing lifespan.
Hydraulic opening/closing mechanism. The upper and lower machine housings and screen frame are equipped with hydraulic opening/closing mechanisms, facilitating machine maintenance and the replacement of blades and screens.
Blade replacement safety device. During blade replacement, the spindle rotor is secured to facilitate blade replacement. Simultaneously, the circuit is disconnected to prevent accidental operation of the machine, ensuring personnel safety.
