Working Principle

In an industrial automation system, after the DSSR122 48990001-NK module is connected to a 24V DC power supply, it first removes clutter and interference signals from the input power through an internal filter circuit to ensure the purity of the input power. The current then enters the high-efficiency DC-DC conversion circuit, where the 24V DC voltage is converted into a high-frequency AC pulse voltage through the high-frequency switching action of power semiconductor devices (such as MOSFETs). Next, a transformer is used for voltage transformation to adjust the high-frequency AC pulse voltage to an appropriate amplitude, which is then converted into a stable 5V DC output voltage through rectification and filtering circuits.

Throughout the process, the internal control circuit of the module real-time monitors the input voltage, output voltage, and current. Once anomalies are detected, such as overcurrent, the control circuit quickly adjusts the switching frequency of power semiconductor devices or shuts down the circuit to trigger overcurrent protection; when overvoltage occurs, the control circuit restricts the output voltage by adjusting circuit parameters to activate overvoltage protection. Meanwhile, with communication interfaces, the module can interact with other devices in the system, feedback its working status, receive control commands, and achieve intelligent power management.
