Main technical features of the equipment:

1. Automatic cup feeding mechanism: Manually, only the box material needs to be placed in the cup feeding position. Compared with the previous operation of manually lowering the cup cylinder into the feeding cylinder, it is more convenient and efficient, significantly reducing the manual operation process.

2. Automatic filter paper feeding mechanism: It adopts 4-channel die-cutting to achieve automatic paper roll winding and unwinding as well as automatic position correction. Each workstation can detect the presence or absence of filter paper and automatically replenish it, effectively reducing downtime.

3. Automatic welding mechanism: It adopts a 16-station (4*4) rotary table structure, with material feeding, filter paper placement, welding and material discharging carried out simultaneously. Ultrasonic welding adopts an automatic pressure control welding method to ensure a constant welding pressure, making the weld firm and aesthetically pleasing.

4. CCD vision Inspection: Equipped with 2 sets of high-definition industrial cameras, the inspection system can conduct inspections during the operation of the pull belt and remove defective products into the defective product box.

5. Automatic material collection mechanism: It can automatically flip the cup body and stack them. It is equipped with a counting sensor and can set the number of stacked cups, the number of packing cylinders, etc.

6. Equipment operability: Equipped with imported brand PLC, all motion mechanisms adopt servo motors, the operation interface is intuitive and simple, the setting of functional parameters is easy, and the equipment operates safely and stably.
