AKLU 60 series energy-saving single-unit engineering doors and windows

  AKLU 60 series are energy-saving single windows. They are not equipped with diamond mesh. The thermal insulation is configured with isothermal flushness. Pin injection and corner injection are adopted. The center support connection adopts the connector injection process. It enhances the waterproof, airtight, thermal insulation and sound insulation performance.

Frame size: 26mm - 40 mm × 48mm-62mm        

Middle size: 26mm - 30mm × 70mm-74mm

Profile wall thickness : 1.4mm, 1.8mm

Glass notch : 28mm-46mm

Glass specifications: 5mm+16A+5mm, 5mm+12A+5mm (optional)

Insulation strip material: PA66 nylon strip

Thermal insulation strip width: 20mm , can be equipped with multiple cavities

Sealing strip material: EPDM rubber strip

Hardware configuration: Standard AKLU European standard notch

Opening method: external opening, external opening and external overhang, internal opening, internal opening and internal tilting

Air tightness: National standard GB/T 31433-2015, test result is level 8

Water tightness: National standard GB/T 31433-2015, test result is level 6

Wind pressure resistance: National standard GB/T 31433-2015, test result is level 5

Thermal insulation: National standard GB/T 31433-2015, test result is level 8

Sound insulation: National standard GB/T 8485-2008, test result is level 4 ≤ 30db
