Pneumatic two position shut-off valve is one of the automation components in industrial production processes and is the actuator in pneumatic unit combination instruments. He opens or cuts off the flowing medium (water, steam, etc.) in the pipeline according to the signal supplied by the control instrument to meet the system's requirements for industrial parameters such as pressure, temperature, and flow rate.

Capable of being used on nitrogen vulcanization. Its main performance indicators have reached the level of similar imported valves. This product complies with the standard HG/T3236-1989 "Pneumatic Two Position Cut off Valve for Rubber Machinery" and is suitable for flange connection systems using JIS (Japanese Industrial Standards), API (American Petroleum Institute), or DIN (Federal German Industrial Standards).
Structure and operating principle:
Pneumatic two position shut-off valve consists of a piston actuator and a shut-off valve. When there is no signal, the valve core is closed on the upper valve seat by the pre tension force of the spring; When there is a signal input, the piston pushes the valve stem downwards, closing the valve core at the lower valve seat. The three-way cut-off valve and the two-way cut-off valve are different from the lower end. The former is equipped with a connecting pipe, which can be connected to another circuit pipeline; The latter is a closed valve cover.
