The ABB water quality analyzer PH electrode TB556J1E50T20 is a sensor designed specifically for harsh industrial conditions, widely used for water quality monitoring in fields such as environmental protection, chemical engineering, petroleum, and metal processing.


1、 Technical parameters

Measurement range and accuracy

PH measurement range: 0-14 pH, supporting a pressure range of -100 kPa to 200 MPa.

Temperature compensation: Equipped with PT100 or Balco 3k temperature sensors, it can adapt to ambient temperatures ranging from 10 ° C to 140 ° C, ensuring stability under high temperatures or rapid temperature changes.

Accuracy: better than 0.5% FS, resolution up to 1mm, meeting high-precision monitoring requirements.

Structure and Material:

The electrode body is made of PVDF (Kynar) material, which is resistant to chemical corrosion and suitable for strong acid, strong alkali, or liquid environments containing oxidants.

Joining method: PTFE or hardwood joining options are available. PTFE joining is suitable for continuous processes with pH>11, while hardwood joining has high resistance to pollutants such as coatings.

Installation method: 3/4 inch NPT threaded connection, supports immersion or pipe insertion installation, cable length can be customized according to requirements.

4、 Maintenance and Calibration

Calibration cycle: It is recommended to calibrate every 4-8 weeks using two buffer solutions that differ by at least 2pH.

Cleaning method: If the electrode is contaminated, it can be soaked in a 1% -3% hydrochloric acid solution for 1-5 minutes, rinsed with water, and wiped clean.
