CHARACTERISTIC

Busan77 is a multifunctional fully synthetic polyquaternary ammonium salt additive for metalworking fluids. It features flocculation and sedimentation properties, anti-tramp oil and demulsification capabilities, and serves as a broad-spectrum antimicrobial agent. It is suitable for a wide pH range, fully water-soluble, easy to use, foam-free, and non-volatile.

APPLICATION
Preservation of water-based synthetic metalworking fluids based on amines, borates, phosphates, nitrates, etc, and also for the protection of those fluids based on soluble or emulsifying oils modified with nonionic surfactants.

DIRECTION FOR USE

For preservation of cutting fluids, 0.01 to 0.10% based on the total weight of the diluted cutting fluid is recommended.
In some cases, it may be added into concentrated fluids, and the amount added should be such that concentrations of 0.01% to 0.10% are obtained when the fluid is diluted with water for use in metal working operations.
