CHARACTERISTIC
ORNAMENTAL POND TREATMENT:
Effectively controls many types of green or green water algae, string or hair algae and blanketweed in ponds that contain live plants.
Controls existing algae and helps resove aditional algae blooms.
Keeps ornamental ponds and water gardens clean & clear. Can be used in ponds with fish and plants.

Algaecide for Ponds, Fountains and Water Features
DIRECTION FOR USE
Add 1 teaspoon (5 ml) of Algaecide for every 60 gallons (227 L) of pond/fountain water.
Thoroughly mix Algaecide into pond/fountain by adding near the pump outflow, waterfall, or aeration device.
Algaecide can be mixed in a bucket of pond/fountain water.
Repeat dose every three days until algae is controlled. Be prepared to siphon out dead filamentous algae.
Once algae growth is under control, add one dose every 5 days.
Weekly doses of Algaecide will control growth and reduce pond/fountain maintenance.
Caution: Do not use Algaecide with crustaceans, including; crabs, shrimps, freshwater shrimp and freshwater lobsters.
Warm Weather Caution: Before using Algaecide, make certain that the pond has vigorous aeration - i.e, a fountain, waterfall, or other aeration device is required.
Do not shut pond pumps and aeration devices off at night.
Compatibilty: Algaecide can be used in ponds with live plants. Do not use with crustaceans, including crabs, shrimp and freshwater lobsters.
