Fe6 double coil spring washer is commonly used in the railway fastening system. The hardness is 43~49 HRC, and the height should be more than 17.8mm after compression force of 40KN sustained for 10 seconds.

For Fe6 washers production, material of 65Mn and 60Si2Mn are used, and each occupies nearly 50% of the market. 82B is suitable for super cold temperature districts.
