We also undertake special sealing thread processing for oil well pipes and petroleum fittings, including direct connection types, trapezoidal shapes, doublestep, and variable pitch threading, as well as copper plating services.

1. We provide coupling blanks (according to API SPEC 5CT (9th edition) requirements) with quality specifications and related certifications to ensure that the coupling blanks are produced according to API requirements.
2. Thread inspection of casing couplings according to the 11th edition of the coupling standard, BTC.
3. Thread processing for couplings, including tight distance, tooth height, pitch, taper, and other parameters, is inspected according to API Spec 5CT (9th edition) and API Spec 5B (15th edition); all dimensional and thread parameter inspections must be well documented.
4. The surface of the threads must be smooth and free of significant tearing, tool marks, abrasion marks, shoulders, or any other defects that disrupt the continuity of the threads; internal and external chamfers and starting threads must be free of burrs and other flaws.
5. The critical thickness of the coupling should be specified.
6. Internal and external edges of the coupling should be rounded, with R≥0.5 mm, and the edges on the bearing surface of the coupling should be chamfered.
7. Thread flaw detection.
