All grades offer excellent hardness, wear resistance, and thermal stability.

• Cobalt-alloyed high-speed steel

• Good red hardness, wear resistance, and toughness

• Ideal for drills, taps, end mills, saw blades

M42 (Co8%)

• Higher cobalt content for superior red hardness

• Withstands higher cutting temperatures

• Widely used for high-speed cutting tools, broaches, metal saws

ASP23 (Powder HSS)

• High wear resistance, good grindability

• High hardness up to HRC64–66

• Suitable for cold work punches, dies, fine blanking

ASP30 (Powder HSS)

• Higher alloy content than ASP23

• Better toughness, excellent for complex shapes

• Common in precision cutting and forming tools

ASP60 (Premium Powder HSS)

• Very high alloy, highest wear resistance in the series

• Hardness up to HRC68

• Perfect for high-load, high-speed, long-life applications (e.g. micro drills, precision punches)
