Product Description:
NAK80 is a premium-quality pre-hardened plastic mold steel developed for high-gloss polishing, EDM texturing, and excellent machinability. It is supplied in a pre-hardened condition (HRC 37–43), eliminating the need for additional heat treatment and shortening mold production time.
NAK80 is ideal for mirror-finish injection molds, especially for transparent parts, optical components, and textured mold surfaces.
