Product Overview:
718HH is a high-quality pre-hardened plastic mold steel with improved toughness and excellent polishing and machining properties. Widely used in the manufacture of large plastic injection molds, 718HH provides enhanced performance over traditional P20 steel due to its higher hardness (HRC 36–42) and uniform structure.

Chemical Composition (Typical):

• C: 0.40%

• Mn: 1.50%

• Cr: 2.00%

• Mo: 0.20%

• Ni: 0.90%

• Pre-hardened to HRC 36–42, no need for further heat treatment

• Excellent toughness and polishability
