Hastelloy is an ultra-low carbon type, Ni, Mo, Cr series nickel-based, corrosion-resistant, high-temperature resistant material Hastelloy is a nickel-based corrosion-resistant alloy, which is mainly divided into two categories: nickel-chromium alloy and nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy. Hastelloy has good corrosion resistance and thermal stability and is mostly used in aviation and chemical fields.

Composition: A family of alloys based on nickel (usually 50-70%) with varying amounts of molybdenum (15-30%), chromium (about 14-30%), iron, tungsten, and other elements.

Hastelloy C-276: The most commonly used Hastelloy alloy, with comprehensive corrosion resistance.

Hastelloy B-2: Especially resistant to hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid corrosion.

Hastelloy X: Has excellent high temperature strength and oxidation resistance.
