A: Operating instructions or video will be sent to you online or by email. Most of our machine is shipped with a whole part, which means it is already installed, all you need to do is to connect the power cable and start to use.

A: Most of the common trade terms are supported, like CIF, FOB, CFR and so on . We have ordinary instruments in stock, the delivery time is 1-7 working days.
