Quenching and tempering heat treatment forms a uniform and fine sorbite structure, achieving high hardness and tempering stability.
Heat Treatment Process:
Strict temperature-controlled quenching and tempering guarantee consistent mechanical properties, narrow yield strength ranges, and controllable hardness.
Sulfide Corrosion Resistance:
Microstructure of fully tempered martensite is suitable for H₂S-containing acidic oil and gas environments.
Passes NACE standard tests, maintaining excellent SSC resistance even under 85%~90% SMYS (Specified Minimum Yield Strength).
