**Leiante CA80 aluminate cement - the ideal choice for high-performance refractory materials**
--Product Description
Leiante CA80 aluminate cement is a special cement made from high-purity bauxite and limestone and sintered in a rotary kiln at high temperature. Its AlO content is ≥68%, and its mineral composition is mainly calcium aluminate (CA). It has excellent properties such as fast hardening, high temperature resistance, and chemical corrosion resistance. It is widely used in refractory castables, rapid repair projects and special building materials.
**Performance characteristics**
1. **Fast hardening and early strength**: initial setting time ≥30 minutes, final setting ≤6 hours, 1-day compressive strength ≥35MPa, 3-day compressive strength ≥50MPa, suitable for rapid construction needs.
2. **High temperature resistance**: refractoriness ≥1650ºC, stable high temperature strength, suitable for refractory linings such as high-temperature kilns and smelting equipment.
3. **Chemical erosion resistance**: Resistant to sulfate, chloride ion erosion, and reducing media such as CO/H/CH, suitable for harsh environments such as chemical equipment and sewage pipes.
4. **Low shrinkage rate**: Good volume stability after hardening, reducing the risk of cracking and ensuring engineering durability.
