Lei Ante Aluminate Cement CA50 A900 is made from premium grade bauxite and high-purity limestone as raw materials, refined through exquisite craftsmanship. This high-performance special cement has an alumina content of not less than 53% and extremely low impurity content, thus possessing excellent fast hardening and early strength characteristics, ultra-high mechanical strength, and outstanding high temperature resistance. It is designed specifically for low cement/ultra-low cement refractory castables and has a wide range of applications in high-temperature industries such as metallurgy, building materials, and chemical engineering.
Core advantages
Fast hardening and early strength: The compressive strength can reach over 70MPa in 1 day and over 80MPa in 3 days, which can meet the needs of emergency engineering and rapid construction.
High temperature resistance: Its excellent fire resistance can reach 1400-1450 ℃, making it an ideal choice for high-temperature environments such as furnace lining and ladle refractory layer.
Strong corrosion resistance: It can effectively resist the erosion of sulfates and mineral water, and is suitable for corrosive environments such as chemical equipment and marine engineering.
Excellent construction performance: The setting time is controllable, with an initial setting time of 50-120 minutes and a final setting time of no more than 300 minutes. The flowability is good, making it easy to prepare the casting material.
