The current of high-voltage system components is usually 250A, and some high-power motors have higher currents. Generally, the greater the current, the more heat is generated, which also means that the high-voltage wiring harness has requirements for temperature resistance. The conventional high-voltage wiring harness has a temperature resistance of -40℃~150℃.

The interior of the car is affected by electromagnetic interference from high voltage and high current. Electrical components will generate a lot of electromagnetic interference. The entire high-voltage system of the car needs to be covered with a shielding layer. The high-voltage wiring harness is usually designed as a shielding structure, and then connected to the battery motor controller housing through a crimping structure such as a plug-in, and then connected to the body ground.
